AlgemeenOrdered a PS5 on Friday 26th of August. Got an on-site message to expect it at pick-up point on 30th of August. Till now neither PS5 nor money refunded. Every email repeats the previous asking 'what do you want?'
Clearly scam.
At first I expected shipping to be a couple of days, then a couple of weeks, now I understand that shipping time approaches infinity.
KlantenserviceNo help from the emails. They are just trying to spend as much time as possible. Responding time is from 48 hours to a week. I clearly stated several times that I wanted refund and order cancellation. They still do ask me what do I want.
