I ask for advise on few features and also asked for a discount. In just a matter of minutes, I got a reply with an offer I simply couldn't miss and so better than all the other big stores. I kept asking questions on email back and forth and literally received replies from my advisor, Tim, in just few minutes. When finally satisfied, received a unique link and used it to place the order online which was very simple. As a mentioned above, with HelloTV, I get great and super fast advise, big discounts, and fast customer service, so I don't have to go anywhere else again. They have made me a customer for life. looking forward to more shopping during Black Friday and Xmas periods.
