I ordered a present for my nephew thinking that it will arrive in a week (this is what the site said, apparently they do not make a difference between the words shipped and delivered). Since my nephew left (he stayed at my place just for a week), I canceled the order and I am being promised to get my refund for 2 months already!!!! I sent them millions of emails, called them... and every time I get the same response: Next week.... It was not a cheap item (around 700 EUR - INV140157) and I am really afraid that I wont see my money back...
