AlgemeenThe online shop was well organized, but there was a problem with emails after I made the reservation for the camera I wanted. I spoke with the customer service which was very helpful. I went to two different physical location (one in Brussels Cinquantenaire, the other at Evere) and the people there were quick and professional.
