I haven't experienced any situation regarding customer complaints thus I'll pass that.
The delivery was on time! In fact, the delivery time was between 13.00-15.00 and the delivery guy called me and said "would it be ok to deliver it at 11.00" After confirming with him, he made the delivery at 11.00.
