AlgemeenExtremely disappointing company and people. I bought a tv, which after a couple of days decreased significantly in price (i.e. EUR 400); I sent their customer service a message about this and they did not respond in a timely fashion so much so that the legal restitution period of 14 days for me to return the tv would lapse. Calling them is pointless; they won't pick up because of the caller-ID. Please think twice before buying any of their products or getting wrapped up in their sales tactics.
VerzendingDelivery was as expected; one (1) business day; nothing bad to report about it.
KlantenserviceI sent them an e-mail and they never responded. I tried to call them multiple times, but they wouldn't pick up for 3 days straight.
