AlgemeenUPD: Laptop came 3 days later. When bol com will return my money for "next day" delivery - I will change rating to 3 stars
Ordered laptop and they lost it! So bol.com stating in the account that it is delivered but it is not - customer support was telling to wait for one day before filing the case. But that's nonsense - you are posting invalid information about status of delivery and doing nothing with it! After 1 day of having wrong status "delivered" - they only started investigation and now telling me to wait for 1 week!
That's the worst experience ever, so far no money back and no laptop!
Invalid information about status of delivery - its not delivered and no one can tell me where is my laptop (2000 EUR!)
Someone scanned my package as deliverd, but in reality it is not still delivered and bol com is asking to wait!
Also I paid for delivery in exact date specifically - that's what makes it especially bad!
They just can't help with anything - I got notification that laptop is delivered but in reality it was not - every person from customer support just told to wait for 1 more day, 1 day later only they decided to start investigation and now asking me to wait for 1 week. That's lowest level of service I have ever met before!
