AlgemeenCompletely unprofessional approach to the client. I ordered tools 36 days ago for over € 1500 and still got nothing. The store claims that an investigation with DHL is underway, which may take up to 8 weeks! This is not the customer's problem! If you have problems with the carrier, it should be changed. In this store, if the carrier does not deliver the package - the customer has to wait without money and tools until everything is cleared up. Disrespect for the client who is treated like a liar. I would like to add that as a consequence of the shop's incompetence, I lost my job and my source of income. The company violates consumer rights in the Netherlands. I do not recommend! I advise you to stay away from this company.
