KlantenserviceI ordered Tado Smart radiator set together with 6 valves. From very beginning one out of six radiator valves was constantly loosing connection, hence I liked to contact Tink to report damage and ask for replacement. But on their website the is no phone line for customer service, chat box constantly shows that there is nobody on the other site to response and that the only option is to report an issue via Contact form.
I wrote all what happens on the form but nobody came back with an answer ever after few months already.
I feel deceived, without an option to report damage on new product i bought.
It was one valve value of cca 60e. I am wondering what will be if I would buy Sonos which I also planned and if it doesn't work, who how i get my money back or new product? Better not buy anything on this website anymore.
I will never buy anything on this website, Coolblue or Mediamarkt are bit more expensive but their customer support is amazing.
