AlgemeenI bought a few items and I was satisfied with everything, and they arrived faster than other services I've used efore.
But they delivered two of the same item, when I was promised, through customer service, one of them would be canceled. So now I am forced to run an errands for this company, and return the item, because they won't come pick it up, even though they told me it wouldn't arrive. And if I don't, they'll charge me for it. I contacted customer service, and I'm just being denied, and told that they don't save chat transcripts, so they don't know what I was told.
This company does not respect your money, and if you're unlucky like me, they might just threaten you to run errands for them, so they don't have to spend money fixing their own mistakes.
The orders shipped fast, faster than sites I've used before, and there was no damage.
KlantenserviceCustomer service couldn't do anything for me, they were nice, but of no help. They of course were not allowed to help me, and would have if they could have, nice people. But I'm not rating how nice they are, but my experience, and the most important thing when I contact customer service, is that I get some possibility to resolve the issue, and I didn't.
