AlgemeenLooking for a MacBook air, the apple website promised to deliver in 3-4 weeks, while yourmacstore.nl claimed 5-10 days. Being in a hurry I ordered here (big mistake). When learned about the delay I tried to cancel the order, but they wouldn't accept( they say it was a business order, while according to their website it couldn't be a business order since it was below 10000 euro, I think they didn't cancel it because their prices were dropping and they didn't want a returned item sold on a high price) anyway, they ignored my email and I had to wait for more than 20 minutes on the phone (twice) to get to their customer service, which was useless.
Edit to answer the shop's reply: The global chip shortage didn't start when I was shopping online, it has been there for some months already. But on your website you still state incorrect dates of delivery. Looking at other people's comments I see I am not the only one with this problem, and you and I both know what you are doing. Please stop insulting people's intellect!
Deliver dates on their website are intentionally set shorter than other stores while in reality they deliver just like other places. Do not trust the information on their website. Not even if they say they have something in stock.
KlantenserviceEmail correspondence was bad since they only replied with generic text, and not answering my specific questions. So I called. Waiting time on the phone was above 20 minutes both times that I tried to call them. And the conversation was useless, the customer service employee gave me some more generic and sometimes wrong info, and wasted my time even further.

I have just checked your order and the reason it is an business order is that there is a company name on the invoice, something that you have put there while placing the order. On business orders there is no right of cancelation/ right of return.
Regarding the delivery time on our website, this is a delivery time that we receive from Apple. Unfortunately when we have placed the order and a few business days have elapsed we see that they delivery time is postponed due the fact there is a huge chip shortage in the world.
