AlgemeenI really like that Bol.com has a very large diversity of products of prices.
What is quite bad about it is that I frequently buy something (for example a washing machine or a tas) and they don't send it.
They don't contact me to explain why is the delay. I contact client services after a week or so, just to find out that they don't have that product anymore.
Nobody informs me that the order won't be send.
When it happened for small things, it's not so important. But last week I was expecting a big washmachine with the monteur in house.
That was really disturbing because I pay for the monteur time.
When I entered my account on bol.com I've just seen that the order was with the status "retour" without any warning for me. :(((
Very bad experience because I had to pay the instalator.
Quite dissapointed. I won't order important things anymore.
The product was not sent, without any warning or discution with me.
My order was canceled by Bol.com without any message to me. I realized that after a week when I was expecting the wasmachine to be delivered to my house.
The clientservices didn't discuss their decision to cancel my order. I had to find this out a week later when I was expecting the product at home.
