I would totally recommend them to a friend.
I reserved my lens in the store(without paying anything in advance) and I got my confirmation immediately.
I wasn't sure if I was allowed to get to the store without an appointment (COVID measures), I contacted them via email and got a response immediately. And so, i was able to pick up my lens in the same day.
Supper friendly personnel in the store, not only with me, but also with the other people who were there at the same time.
