I was looking for a new TV and PlatteTV caught my attention as it had lots of models, and a good website. I asked a question to the customer service, and the reply was so fast and detailed that I decided this was the right shop to go on with the purchase.

The product was delivered in two days time. The shipping was perfect, packaging awesome. I received a call few minutes before the delivery happened, to ensure I was at home.

I made this purchase after an intensive email exchange: it felt almost as I were in the shop talking with someone, as I got replies few minutes after I pressed the SEND button.
