AlgemeenI ordered a sonos beam black in black Friday, they cancel my order one week later without notice. I contact their customer service and they said they over sell it! but 5 days later after their cancelation, this item is back in stock with higher price, they refuse me to get it with the promotion price and will do nothing for my lost.
KlantenserviceI tried to call them for at least 4 times. They always promise they will find a solution for that but never do anything. 5 days later after their cancelation, I found the item back in stock with higher price. and I contacted the customer service again if I can still get the sonos beam with the promotion price, but they refuse and will do nothing for this case.
