1 star for proper delivery. After service is bad. They don't accept refund for EK waterblock for strix 3080/3090 because it's used. The block+backplate causes crazy coil whine. If you are interested see https://www.reddit.com/r/...x_oc_rtx_3090_crazy_coil/
They would send it to EK but if EK says there is nothing wrong with it I have to pay for transport and "research" cost.
This is against the law in the Netherlands. The law states If a product is faulty, you are entitled to a free repair, a new product or a refund of your money.
