AlgemeenI ordered a monitor that was supposed to be delivered the next day. The next day I received an email that they don't have it in stock. Waited another day and contacted customer support who told me they would get it to me by the end of the week. By the end I was contacted about an alternative monitor. I chose an inferior monitor and was asked to pay an additional 42 euros if I wanted to get it. Worse than worthless because in that time I could have easily gotten that monitor from a different place for the same price. At least in the end I got my money back.
KlantenserviceNo real indication of what is happening with the order. At least they responded relatively quickly to questions.
