AlgemeenWhile purchasing a new laptop, my MasterCard didn't work, despite this payment option being listed on the website. The support team was trying to solve this problem, but after a week, they wrote that they cannot do anything. My MasterCard card works perfectly fine in any other place.
KlantenserviceCustomer service was polite and tried to help, but even though they confirmed that the problem lies in their paying system, on the other day they e-mailed me that they cannot find this problem.
