AlgemeenAVOID these thieves. After paying and waiting, they notify me that my order is delayed by 5 months. I request cancellation of the order and immediate refund.
<br/>They respond that a refund can take 5 days, but that was 3 weeks ago. Contacting them is pointless, they won't do anything.
<br/>Worst customer service I've experienced in the Netherlands. Disgraceful!
Customer service is horrible. The chat agents don't know anything, don't care and won't or can't DO anything. Their finance "department" won't process a refund, so you get nothing. They will simply steal your money and ignore you.
