Algemeen- Found a discount pop-up in tweakers for Sony WH-1000XM3 with EUR 189.
- Hesitated for a second as the link was conneted to BOL.COM but price was too good and I ordered it already.
- After 3 days received tracking code for delivery and it seems going fine.
- After 10 days nothing was received, so I sent e-mail to them.
- After 15 days no response received and I had live chat in BOL.COM.
- They are saying the nothing can help except refund (of course it is my money but I want the product with EUR 189!!!)
- Eventually they ignore me and just made refund.(haha lol)
- What a treatment on customer and what an ignorance. They don't know the meaning of contract and they are the one who handle everything by themselves.
I wasted my time and will not use bol.com anymore, making my mind once again.
