Took them weeks to ship the package, while website said delivery time was 2-3 days. I could have picked other shops, but they reported a faster delivery time and I picked them. Sure, the pandemic makes things slower, but then don't report 2-3 days delivery time.

Otherwise, no complaints but I don't really like to be mislead. Borderline dishonest, since it's a way to steal costumers from other shops. If they do it with reported delivery times, nothing's stopping them from doing with other aspects of their business. Don't think i'll buy from them again.

Once the order was ready to ship, it was overnight. Packing looked a bit sloppy and things were shifting inside but nothing was broken, so I guess they know what they're doing.
