In my opinion you can give a proper rating when you have some problems with the order and you need their assistance too fix it. In my case I’ve been delivered wrong SSD and I found out that when I finished assembling my new PC... I was expecting that I would have to complain a lot to get the replacement, but on my first message I got a reply that I could send wrong SSD back and they would send me correct one. Yes, it took another week, but in the end everything was fien
