Good choice of products and they will deliver the same day if the product is in stock. The payment options were also good

When I placed my order they had some issues with their servers and missed/forgot to ship my camera. As nice as they were they managed to arrange an express delivery for free. However they filled in the wrong information... the package got "paketje gemaak" as name and adress remained the primera as it was originally destined for. Over the phone the person said it would be delivered to my house. Later I get a call that it had been shipped but I got no info about tracking. so I call again and then they discovered their mistake. The courier would arrive after closing time of the primera, so they called the courier and came to an agreement that if I could meet them up outside the delivery point I could get my package. So I waited for almost 1 hour outside until the courier called me (they had given up and I didn't see them as they were driving an unmarked van). luckily I saw the courier and could pick up my camera.

If not for the double mistake I would have been ok with it. If I had not needed the camera before my vacation I would have let it ship back too and told them to deliver it again after my vacation.

They really tried to help but in the end caused a second mistake with the shipping. I really appreciate them trying to correct the mistake with the missed order by offering express shipping but then they messed up the shipping info...
