WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS STORE! CUSTOMER SERVICE IS THE WORST! YOU WILL REGRET IT

Bought an Armani watch for 160EUR. The watch is water resistant up to 5 ATM. After a few months condense was visible in inside the watch. It was not used to swim or shower with. Weird... After calling the customer service they asked me to send pictures which I did.

Their reply: Put it in a container with rice. This got me so angry! How can you say this to your valued customer. You are basically telling them to figure it out on their own.

I replied angry, and got another reply that I had to get it fixed at my own cost. I went to a watch store and they told me it is absolutely ridiculous that they would not send us a new one as there was a manufacturing error which caused water to enter the watch.

I went back to Superwinkel. The customer service is very unfriendly and not willing to understand the issue. They keep telling me to figure it out as they apparently do not give any warranty...

They guy I was speaking to his name was Peter. He is very unfriendly and has the intellectual of a small child. Acts like he knows it all... However, Superwinkel does not understand at all how to keep loyal customers.

They do know how to con you, for sure. Please, DO NOT BUY HERE...
