AlgemeenThe overall process of online shopping is not bad. The listing pages of products could be a bit clearer. The delivery timeline on product pages are not accurate and is misleading
VerzendingThe shipment was extremely slow. I can understand issues during black Friday but it should be communicated properly beforehand. When I made payment the product was claiming next day delivery but actually, it took around 15 days to actually deliver it. The communications were also not great.
KlantenserviceThe only reason I give 3 stars is because of the online chat which was responsive. The email communications were slow and unresponsive.
