The process of buying my new camera (Fujifilm x-t3) was smooth from start to finish. I got a good price for the camera and everything went according to plan.

I would say that overall the shipping went well, I did make my order on Black Friday and so the delivery was delayed in the shipping process, but that was to be expected.

I did have to contact the customer helpdesk via email, due to a delay in my order being processed - this was due to having made my order on Black Friday and was to be expected. I just wanted to make sure that my order wasn't lost in the system due to the higher than normal numbers of orders. I received a response within 24hrs as described and their information was helpful and accurate.
