I bought the Huawei Mate 20 Pro. It could be the best phone in the market.
However, it has a known issue, know as #gluegate, which causes green tint on the screen.

Neither Huawei nor Bol handled my issue sufficiently.
I just asked a new replacement, still being considered as a pre-order. The reason for this is that I have claimed a free smartwatch and a wireless charger.

The only solution provided was either to sent it for fix or return it back.
I do not want a fixed phone and the repair time is about 2 weeks.
I also do not want to return it back, because I just want a 100% good working and functional smartphone with the pre-order offer.

The only thing I can do is to ask for a return. Then I have to wait for the money to return to original payment, because it is not possible to pay again this amount of money (1000 Euros). If I order the same smartphone again, then I cannot claim the pre-order offer. If I order the same smartphone again, there is a high possibility that I receive a defective device again, since a large amount of devices are affected. So this leads to a probable infinite returning procedure.

All this problem could have been solved, if Huawei would accept to send smartphones with screen manufacturer BOE, whose device have not this issue and if Bol was able to exchange the device without needing to cancel the order and make a new one.

Such a bummer that the potentially best smartphone of the market and such a famous online store has cause me such a disappointment and trouble.
Unfortunately, now I will have to buy a inferior smartphone.

UPDATE: They also deleted my review from their website.

Verzending

It was a pre-order. So a late delivery was expected. However, there was no information about the date of the delivery. The delivery occured at the indicated date of other stores, so on time.

Klantenservice

Bol was unable to fulfill my request by exchanging my defective device with another one of BOE manufacturer or at least with another one if Huawei fails to send a BOE one without having to make a new order.
