AlgemeenI wanted to buy a monitor. Sent two emails requesting info on 18 and 23 April. No reply!
Edit: They contected me after reading this review. It seems they did reply but due to a typo in my email address, it never reached me. Hence the adjustement of this review.
I'm shopping for a new monitor and I saw one on their webshop I was interested in. I was wondering how do they deal with dead pixel but I could not find anything about policy and/or dead pixel warranty. I decided to specifically ask for more info and received an automated reply saying they would get back in a few hours. After that, absolute silence, no reply, zero, nada! Send a second email, this time not even the automated reply.
Do I really want to buy something from them? Don't think so!
