AlgemeenSiComputers might be decent when everything goes well. But if something goes slightly wrong, it's not a very satisfying shopping experience. My total delivery took two months to arrive, and the modified final delivery was sub-par compared to what I had originally paid for, without any sort of compensation. I guess it's a risk to take when you go for the cheapest, but it was not a good bet, because two deliveries out of two went quite wrong.
VerzendingThere were two deliveries, the first one took one month, the second one took two months. DPD had messed up the first delivery by putting stickers on top of each other, because of a parcelshop address mix up, and almost losing the package in the process. The second delivery was RAM and an 8th generation Intel, which have been short in supply lately, so that's understandable. But no consistent information about availability was given and it took two months to arrive. The tray processor (I had ordered a boxed one) was delivered in a piece of cardboard almost dangling out, with an old generation used CPU fan with thermal paste still smeared over it.
KlantenserviceCustomer services goes through the effort of replying mostly within one working day. But the only substantial effort was just asking to pay more for similar components, I was even accused of being responsible of the delay because I refused that alternative. The information about item availability was vague and inconsistent.
Before writing this review, I sent them a feedback e-mail, which did not spark any reaction whatsoever. They do not seem to care about losing a customer.
