AlgemeenThe salesperson are very helpful and experienced. The prices are cheap and the company offers discounts on several standard brands. The customer service was also good.
VerzendingThe only trouble I faced was with the delivery of person which was handled by PostNL and they could not deliver the product but it wasn't much fault from Foca. However they could team up with better delivery partners
KlantenserviceThe customer service is prompt, it's easy to get in touch with them. They do try their best to help the customer. However in case of helping with delivery they couldnt really help much.
