AlgemeenDecent prices and good customer support, but horrible shipping. If they address the shipping issues, might order from them again.
VerzendingFirst of all, there was no mention that the item would ship from Germany... Had I known, I wouldn't have ordered it from them.
Second, UPS delivered the item on October 30th, after initially claimed it will be there on the 27th (with an estimate of "before the end of the day"...).
So, from order to delivery = 5 days!
I had to contact Customer Support as I had not received any track&trace number. Jesse helped me quickly by providing the code.
