AlgemeenMade a mistake upon posting my order and almost immediately asked for an order cancellation which was promptly taken care of and the inherent refund processed.
VerzendingThis situation never took place, on my particular case.
KlantenserviceAs said above, my order was immediately canceled upon my request for doing it, without any questions asked; although I felt the need on duly justifying myself for asking so. It was very well accommodated and a refund "nota" was almost immediately issued. At the moment, I am just awaiting the money to be found on my bank account, back again.
