Fraud organisation who grabs money from you and never deliver. Ordered a carpet around 200 euros. After a month, still nothing. Contacted customer service, they know nothing about when the delivery will be and refuse to cancel my order. They just tell me to keep waiting. Utterly useless and a call to them cost me 8 euros! That is ridiculous. Meanwhile they grabbed my money and refuse to refund.

Extremely bad as it was promised to be 1 week but after more than a month there is still no delivery. Cheaters!

Extremely bad, Utterly useless!!! They don't know anything nor will they do anything for you. They don't know their warehouse situation, they don't know when there'll be any delivery and they don't know if they have your product in stock at all. Oh, and they refuse to cancel your order because they want to keep your money! All they do is telling you to keep waiting for the order that will never be delivered. And they charge 8 euros for the call from you to give you all this crap!
