First, they have a good collection of routers. The customer service is amazing, and shipping is very good. Their website is user friendly unlike some other I came across. Even though DHL messed up the delivery of the order, Central Point was able to give me a refund and I got the replacement router on time with excellent packaging.

The shipping times are really fast - my order shipped on the same day and I received it the next day. Packaging of the order was very good with lot of air cushion support for product inside.

The customer service is amazing, they always respond within 5 minutes by chat as per my experience and their English is very good.
