It took them more than 2 weeks to deliver my computer case. I bought a video card on the same date and received it a few days later. The case took so long that by the time it arrived I had already lost the "2 week return warranty". The video card, a GTX 1080, was faulty. So now I'm stuck, support sent me dutch messages and didn't explain properly what I had to do. I asked a dutch friend to call them and received a label to put on the box and ship it back. I have no tracking number or whatsoever. Maybe I lost 500 euros? We'll see.
VerzendingThey shipped it, I waited and then I got a "product was refused" message. So apparently someone from the pick up points refused to accept it. The they said they would ship it to my house, but they shipped to the SAME PLACE AGAIN! And then they shipped it to a different place that refused it again... and then finally they shipped to my place. Luckly I was waiting for it and looking through the windows because they didn't even press the right bell number. I got a dented case in a destroyed box.
KlantenserviceSergio was really nice and he provided a great costumer service, but my problems just seem to pile up. I regret my purchases very much now, I put all my savings into these computer parts!
