Brought a kinderwagen Hauck Viper SLX Trio Set - Kinderwagen - Smoke/Grey and they promised to send it the next day.
I got a mail next day saying that they cannot deliver the product next day but will send later.
After 2 days the item arrived, but the item is not even a Kinderwagen. Its a Salta trampoline.
What kind of company does that. Big cheaters??
I made the call and asked them what's going on, and they would pick the item back. But they will not ship the item rather refund it. Strange right?? the story doesn't finish there, the price of the item that I brought was 232 Euro but now they changed it to 336 Euro. So the main reason I see is that they lie and miss inform you to make benefit out of it. So they lied all the way, wasted my time for nonsense reason!
I am quieting bol.com and I advise you do the same!
First lied that it will be sent later because of technical reasons, then they sent something to just add another lie.
KlantenserviceThey do not offer real help. It is useless to call them. Waste of time and money.
