The customer service man was good but everything else was horrible. When buying from this store, my only criteria was the delivery time which was supposed to be from 1-3 business days. I ended up waiting for a whole week. I understand that some people might not understand my frustration, but if you are expecting a service which you choose to pay for, and the only reason you chose this service was not delivered, you should be allowed to feel disappointed. i don't support the choice of this business to run their operations by lying to their customers. I hope the business, the business model and everyone related goes and fucks themselves... Except for Sergio - the customer support was good. fuck SiComputers and if you value your time - don't shop there.

customer support came back to me with an email after I had a phone conversation with them - customer support was good. the company is shit though
