The delivery was very fast and on time. The product (Thinkpad x240) was properly packaged. The laptop was properly cleaned and appeared as new. There was just a very minor dent near the display port but otherwise the laptop looks as good as new.

Laptop came installed with windows 8.1 pro and there was thankfully no bloatware installed. Two thumbs up for this. Performance of haswell ULV i5 processor is more than enough for light office use
. the internal hard drive has speed of 7200 rpm which more than what is found commonly on consumer laptops(5400 rpm). So the system feels more snappy and responsive

Overall a good experience and am very satisfied with this purchase.
