The worst experience I have ever had with an online shop. I ordered a case for my mobile phone 5 months ago. After a week I got an email that this item is not available in their shop anymore and that they would give me a refund in 10 business days time. It never happened. I messaged them after a month to see what's the case and they kept telling me that they forwarded my request to the financial department. This happened 3 or 4 times ("we will refund you in 10 business days and after that time I was contacting them again). Since it seemed too hard for them to refund my money I told them I could buy a product from their website instead for that money. They seemed happy about it, so I ordered a USB stick. After messaging back and forth with them for a month, I got a confirmation that my item has been shipped to the warehouse so I must be receiving it in 4 or 5 days! It's been 3 weeks now and I still haven't received anything at all...Worst. Experience. Ever.

I never received nothing. Not the initial item that I ordered, not my money back and not the second product that I picked instead.

They kept telling me my request has been forwarded but they never provided a proof that they did and they never gave me a specific date about when something will happen. Their replies were vague like: "I'm sorry to make another promise, but you will get your refund back as soon as possible", "they have sent your item to the warehouse, so you must be receiving this in 3 or 4 days!" etc...
