Unfortunately I was very disappointed with the shop. I don't think the shop treat the customer as a customer. I really got the felling the customer satisfaction is not important to the shop at all. For sure I will NOT recommend and for sure I will NOT order again, even a pen.
In summary my problem was: I saw in the website they had the product available for prompt delivery. I took the decision to order with 4Launch because of that, even if they did not have the best price. It is clearly stated in their policy "Order before 23h00 and receive next day" which for me was the point of decision. My surprise this did NOT happen. I paid with credit card, it was accepted, the status changed to "paid" and all the products were in green which means available. So, next day I contacted them to because I would like to know the tracking code when they said to me the payment was not confirmed yet with their payment holder which also means my order would NOT be delivered as promised which made me very angry.
I was NOT contacted to be informed my package wouldn't be delivered, the customer care did not care at all with my problem even after I explained that I really needed the product in that day. I asked them to keep the promise and send it via DHL as soon as the payment is confirmed (it was confirmed 13h35) but they did NOT care...they packeted around 17h55 and sent via PostNL and I received one day later which was a problem for me. Sending e-mails is useless because nobody replies too.
First of all, I think they should inform the customers when issues occurs, if they promise something in the website, they should keep it and take the risks (send via DHL if necessary) otherwise don't do it, and the customer care is very poor. They should def. care about customer's satisfaction.
Shipping was late one day and "Order before 23h00 and receive next day" is NOT true.
I have to say, the package itself was in good conditions, the product was right and well packeted. This was good.
Extremely poor!
I contacted them via chat which BTW takes forever for someone talks to you - I got one of them called {-persoonsgegevens verwijderd-} really not caring about my problem and not responsive at all. I have to say "hello?" several times coz he was just not interested in talking to me. Other 2 assistants were polite and responsive.
The promise of replying e-mails in 4 hours it is NOT true because I've sent 2 or 3 e-mails and NEVER got a reply. Also I was not informed that my order had a problem.
