First of all thank you for your extensive and honest review. We attach great importance to your review because we can use your contribution to improve our company.
Although we do our best to give all our costumer the best possible experience, we are still humans and as humans we make mistakes. The best we can do is to solve them and learn from them for the future.
I must say, in this case it is hard to solve the real problem. We try to send our packages in the best possible way there is (insured and with Tracking info). In almost every case this results in fast and correct deliveries. But still we cannot influence the way the courier and postman handles the shipment. Unfortunately in your case the package did not arrived as it should be. We deeply regret this!
I am pleased that you are happy with your product after all. Perhaps in the future if you give us another chance we can show you our ‘normal’ (for us the best possible) experience there is.
