Shopping was easy as I received good assistance on my choice to fit my need and budget.
The PC arrived late due to PostNL postponing the delivery. It arrived faulty and had to send it back. By the time I had it in good working condition it was already about 10 days after I bought it.
It was sent back with loose parts and a missing item which had to also be posted to me.
I tried to change my address to receive the PC when fixed at my new location, this didn't happen and I had to spend a morning to go back to my old place just to pick the PC up.
Overall I think they could have done better. I am happy with the product after all but it wasn't an easy experience.
It was supposed to arrive the next day (Sat) but somehow it was postponed to the next working day (Tue). I think this had to do with PostNL but it did make an impact on my buying experience.

Although we do our best to give all our costumer the best possible experience, we are still humans and as humans we make mistakes. The best we can do is to solve them and learn from them for the future.
I must say, in this case it is hard to solve the real problem. We try to send our packages in the best possible way there is (insured and with Tracking info). In almost every case this results in fast and correct deliveries. But still we cannot influence the way the courier and postman handles the shipment. Unfortunately in your case the package did not arrived as it should be. We deeply regret this!
I am pleased that you are happy with your product after all. Perhaps in the future if you give us another chance we can show you our ‘normal’ (for us the best possible) experience there is.
