Annoying that when you order, payment is done in a separate process. UE is disregarded here.

42 hours from inception to delivery. Not going to order from here again.
I asked as to why there was a delay on my package after tracking it on PostNL and seeing it was changed to the following day, an unacceptable and brief answer with ownership of delay pushed on to delivery provider.
No exception handling from 4Launch to say that the delivery date was changed.

It is unfortunate to hear that your order arrived a day later as expected. As far as we can tell it concerns order 1208161. The order was transferred to PostNL the same day as it was placed. Due to unknown reasons the order was delayed at the PostNL sorting process. We are currently enquiring what went wrong in the process so we can prevent this in the future.
