Returning a defective product was easy (and free) following the instructions, put some details on the box and take to the local post.

First product ordered arrived internally defective, staff was helpful and patient , through me changing my mind a couple of times during the replacement process. Eventually the staff facilitate a visit advice and replacement in one of their real shops as I requested.
