Placed my order for a product that was shown on stock in multiple different locations and paid with iDeal, but four business days later and the Bestel Status still showed no updates.

Had to call, but no answer in Arnhem, no answer in Nijmegen, no answer in Doetinchem and no answer on 026 - 845 4658. Waited and called back to Nijmegen and after a bunch of rings someone finally picked up, but I was told there was a problem with the payment and they would fix it.

I was in Nijmegen and hoped I could pick up the TV, but sadly no, because they only had one unit left on stock in all the shops, but the website still showed/shows the TV being on stock in multiple locations.

I was made a "good offer" to a better model, but I would need to paid the difference of 1200 Euros.... really.... that's not a good offer...

The Bestel Status finally shows In behandeling orderdesk – D, but I still have no solution or even a promise of a refund for 2099 Euros I already paid....

1. Why state that a model is on stock, when it is clearly not?
2. Why take so long to process an iDeal payment?
3. Why is there no warning that an iDeal payment is pending (for the people inside PlatteTV)?
4. When will I get the TV or my refund, or make me a better offer for the model higher than the one I ordered...


UPDATE 03-08-15: Got an email response from Customer Service, that they found a model in stock and are sending it now. Yay... Now I just hope it arrives in good condition.

UPDATE 05-08-15: Wrong model delivered!!! Received 55X8505B instead of 55X9005B. The model specifications are completely different and the prices is 800 Euros different. Not cool!!!

UPDATE 05-08-15 #2: Tried to call Customer Service no answer. Sent an email and got a fast response. They will now arrange a pick up and refund.
