The other side of the story:
You mailed us you received a case that didn't fit, we asked for the ordernumber so we could check what went wrong. We never got a reply. Then you called, we asked to send a picture of the case so we could check the parts we needed to send to fix it. Never got the pictures, until today.
Now we can fix the problem for you. But we can't fix a problem unless we know exactly what it wrong. Hope you can understand that.
