The product was advertised to arrive in 24h but it was not available.
I have tried to cancel the order and lied to me that it was on its way.
2 days past, I have called, emailed, they have not cancelled my order yet, nor refunded me, nor send the product
Well, it did not arrive in 24h nor 48h since the purchase.
I tried to cancel I have received no reply whatsoever.
really bad packaging
