LithTech 2 supports exactly the same geometry capability as Quake 3 for indoor situations. Quake 3 does not support "true" curved surfaces either. It simulates curves with many polygons just like LithTech. It has to, because 3D cards currently only support the drawing of triangles. Quake 3 passes the card triangles just like Lithtech.
