Redcare Pharmacy is looking for an Application Owner to manage the operational lifecycle of warehouse management ERP applications. In this hybrid role based in , you will drive incident management, root cause analysis, and sustainable improvements.

Wat ga je doen

• Own operational lifecycle of warehouse management ERP applications
• Drive incident management and root cause analysis
• Handle L1/L2 application operations and collaborate on L3 topics
• Support operational readiness and solution validation for changes
• Identify recurring issues and implement sustainable improvements
• Build and maintain operational documentation and runbooks

Wat je meebrengt

• 3+ years experience supporting or managing warehouse management ERP processes
• Analytical skills for root cause analysis and sustainable improvements
• Understanding of application lifecycle and IT service management principles
• Collaborative with business stakeholders, ERP consultants, and developers
• Proactive mindset with interest in AI and automation
• Fluent in English

• Experience with ITIL
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics AX 2009 or Dynamics 365
