• Keep business-critical embedded products stable, secure and maintainable while they continue to serve customers.

• Solve complex problems across software, Linux, hardware, networking and control engineering.

• Provide senior technical judgement: understand risk, make pragmatic trade-offs and prevent recurring failures.

• Raise engineering quality through defensive programming, secure coding, strong documentation and thoughtful reviews.
